Really good.

I love everything you've done there. The bassline is perfect with the eerie synth that is playing the chrods. Not much to say, but well done all together.

Things I would add, maybe a little bit of reverb on the drums (snare/rim especially) at times when the chords aren't playing, to give more atmosphere overall and maybe space the tune out as a whole. I only suggest this as the length of the tune would maybe require a bit of variation somewhere.

Another suggestion I might want to add is that maybe add some more sound effects that go with it, it's really something good you have there and subtle effects always are good at adding extra feel to the tune.

Great work.

Mechabloby responds:

i'll keep that in mind for my next batch of releases. thank you, I appreciate it when you review my work :)

Nice stuff.

Great cover, and I like the ambience this song gives off. I can't really comment much on this as it's a cover. I'll say it's really well done, just I think there could have been a better maybe more ambient introduction with FX. That's it, I love your use of synths and stuff. No big complaints, good as usual.

/does not do a barrel roll ;D

Birdinator99 responds:

I tried to stay true to the original intro, but I suppose I could have beefed it up a bit.

Many thanks; always good to hear from you.

Good stuff.

Again, another quality WIP from you Adam, it's a shame it's not finished because I can see this going somewhere. I love the ambience of it all, along with your use of effects on both synths and drums. I hope this is gonna be breakcore / IDM [hahahahahah joking, can be what you want- won't change my mind]. Keep it going, and finish it so I can 10 k?

Anwar Louis ^_^

Zageron responds:

Thanks very much Anwar. :]
I will continue my work on it over the holidays and see where I end up. :D

Thanks for the positive review.

Hehehe

I've heard this around the site a lot, I really liked it- never knew it was here ;D. Awesome song!

7/4

Not much to comment on. I love it!

Shamukh responds:

Thanks you <3. Did you hear the one on soundcloud? Higher quality and longer version. :)

Nice work.

I don't like much dubstep, but this is pretty neat. . I would have preferred it to have gone into a "darker" part when the beat dropped. . It has the Megamon seal on it and I love it regardless. I hope you do finish this, it's pretty good and I can see a lot from it! :D

MSXOmega responds:

I actually wanted a darker feel at that part too, but being a noob at dubstep, all the stuff I tried ended up not working out. :P I'll try to finish it this weekend. Thanks for reviewing! :D

Oooh!

I think this a huge improvement from the last song you posted and I have a better grasp of where you're going with this. I like the overall ambience this tune has, I think the melodic section is perfect, maybe would be nice to see some audio effects on top of them in the near future. . that would be my only suggestion there.

Sound effects were well timed and I liked the effect it gave off, sounded really trippy and I quite like that. Maybe consider adding more in the future for extra effect? (only a suggestion). . What is the voice sample saying? o.o nice work

Drums were good, but some times I thought it was lacking in terms of rhythmic placement, I mean there seemed to be "gaps" between the slices you put down and unless you doing glitc/DrillNBass then it doesn't make the best of listening (for me anyways). Also I notice you're using time stretching with the loops which is good, but I thought you had a bit too much of it, in this case I'd most certainly say less is more as as it's just raw drums with no layering it doesn't seem to work with the songs ambient aura.

Nothing much to say on the Melodic section- simple and effective.

Mechabloby responds:

I was intending to have a glitched drum sound so I hope that clears it up there. Also I may be improving, but I'm still a noob - you may have to explain to me what time stretching is. :(

The sample says "and now that should just about do it"

I'm glad you liked the melodic section, the effects (I wanted to keep it fairly minimal) and i hope this track was enjoyable overall. thanks for the review with the rather large score :)

I like this.

I love the ambience of this, though as it's not finished I'll reserve most of my judgement for the final outcome if you do choose to release it publicly.

I do like what you have so far, it's very nice and as I said earlier, the ambience is very nice . The bassline you have, seemed to be really "attacky" (if you don't get me, FFR PM me and I'll explain it more in detail). . though I don't like it in this sense as it sort of doesn't do much until less synths are being heard/used. .

I guess it lacked drums (for me) but I guess I listen to breakcore the most so it is just me, but I could see some nice ditty glitches on top of it haha (not marking you down there though as that's personal preference).

FINISH THIS SHIZNIT AND DO STUFF. Never knew you made music man, it's nice stuff and you have great potential if this is just a pre-release. . All the best. :)

Amazing.

Reminds me of Röyksopp stuff, and it's something that I could hear in a game etc. . Always nice to hear from you. How about you send this to me in 320 :D What software did you use (VSTs etc)? :3 Great stuff 10/10

Shamukh responds:

Thanks. :3

I used Ableton Live. Forgot what I used for most patches, but I'm sure NI Massive was used. Also, sendin 320 kbps, rofl.
